The Rating System
DIAMOND Ratings will be awarded to companies who excel in CX services on a CONSISTENT BASIS. *Consistency is the true key.
4 DIAMOND RATING = TOP RATING
Available only to establishments who consistently demonstrate excellence in CX, scoring 93% or higher on audits.
3 DIAMOND RATING = Second Best Rating
Has achieved excellence, but not on a consistent basis to earn 4 diamond rating. Must score 85% or higher on audits.
DIAMOND “E” Class = ENDORSED Establishment –
Working toward excellence on consistent basis. *This rating demonstrates an establishment is currently working with LC to earn a 3 or 4 diamond rating.
Food and Beverage Establishments are divided into 3 Classes:
Class 1 = Average $79+ per person ticket

Class 2 = Average $26-$78 per person ticket
​
Class 3 = Average $1-$25 per person ticket
How It Works ?
Receive
To receive a rating, businesses must undergo a 12-week intensive audit schedule and demonstrate improvement & excellence in customer experience scores. Specifically, 4 Diamond Ratings must score 93% or above on a consistent basis, while 3 Diamond Ratings must score 85% or above.
Maintain
To maintain any rating, venues will be audited randomly 1x per month. If a venue has 3 consecutively “failing” audits (OR fail more than 50% in the year), they will lose their rating and have to undergo an 5-week intensive review program to earn it back.
