Our founder and owner, Britt Whalen, has dedicated her life to the world of Hospitality. She's not just a business professional; she's a passionate industry expert holding a Dual-Bachelor’s from UNLV's prestigious College of Hospitality and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. Britt is not only a subject matter expert of customer experience, but also in managing the teams that drive successful hospitality operations.

 

With a career rooted in luxury hospitality, sales, operations, consulting, and leadership development, Britt created LA CRITIQUE not just as a brand, but as a movement. One rooted in bold truth, earned credibility, and a relentless drive to raise standards.
