The hiring company receives a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the live stream replay for internal training, marketing, and

PR purposes.

La Critique retains limited, non-commercial rights, but you receive exclusive use of the footage for your own marketing, ads, PR, and internal training. La Critique will never sell or license the footage to a direct competitor in your market.

PRICING TRANSPARENCY
Pricing is based on many factors including, but not limited to, industry, location, complexity, add-on services, and product/service cost.  Businesses are responsible for fixed and variable costs associated with each Critique. Critique labor starts at $75 per hour, with a one hour minimum. Live Streaming is capped at 2 hours. Variable costs include on-site product or service purchases, and a capped 20% gratuity, if applicable.
