Our Event Concierge provides white-glove planning and production for a single event of up to 35 guests at a fixed rate, with no hidden fees! We handle venue research, design and décor direction, vendor sourcing and management, a precise run of show, and on-site day-of management so you can simply enjoy your guests. Independent recommendations. For Large-scale Events: Please schedule a Concierge Consultation and we will provide a custom proposal. WHO THIS SERVES • Corporate: holiday parties; client, board, or investor dinners; meetings or training days with breakouts and catering • Intimate Weddings, Elopements, Rehearsal dinners • Social: Birthdays, anniversaries, showers, reunions, bachelor/bachelorette • In-home: private chef dinners, cocktail parties, tastings, holiday hosting • VIP hosting: founders entertaining visiting executives or talent • Nonprofit: donor dinners and small fundraisers INCLUSIONS • Venue research and selection to fit needs and budget • Design, décor, and vision planning • Timeline and itinerary creation with run of show and vendor call sheet • Reserving and coordinating event vendors • Coordination with venue and staff • On-site, day-of set up and management • Vendor billing coordination using your payment method AVAILABLE UPGRADES • Custom invitations and RSVP tracking • Hotel accommodations and travel for out-of-town guests • Booking live entertainment, specialty acts • Custom gifting, elaborate décor with custom furniture, lighting or staging.
